An introduction to A Butega
The diversity of dishes that are available in our 22 regions in Italy are from north to south. People are only aware of 10% of our food, such as pizza and spaghetti to name a few. A Butega is our station where you can sample the passion and tradition of Italian salumi (the right name for cold cuts in Italian) and cheeses. Similar to a nice typical local neighborhood Italian shop where you would find fresh bread and typical Italian products like wines, fresh and aged cheeses, fresh meat, cured meat, cured fish, and many more fine specialties of the local gastronomic tradition.
A Butega Happy Hour
Ulivo now introduces A Butega Happy Hour. Every day, from Monday to Saturday between 5 pm and 8 pm, when you order drinks you will be served with complimentary bites on your private A Butega antipasti board to sample as if you are in Italy. Our A Butega board is free of charge. Only at Ulivo.
